What You'll Do
- ✓Build and lead a high-performing customer success team
- ✓Develop scalable processes and playbooks for customer onboarding and growth
- ✓Drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy
- ✓Partner with sales, product, and engineering on customer initiatives
- ✓Define and track key customer success metrics and KPIs
- ✓Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback
Who You Are
- →5+ years of experience in customer success leadership roles
- →Proven track record of building and scaling CS teams
- →Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle
- →Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- →Data-driven approach to decision making
- →Experience with enterprise B2B customers
Bonus If You Have
- ★Experience in AI/ML or SEO industries
- ★Background in consulting or professional services
- ★Experience scaling CS teams during hypergrowth
- ★Technical background or engineering experience
