What You'll Do
- ✓Manage portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
- ✓Drive product adoption and customer engagement
- ✓Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- ✓Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales
- ✓Proactively address customer concerns and risks
- ✓Share customer insights with product team
Who You Are
- →3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- →Strong relationship building and communication skills
- →Experience with SaaS platforms and subscription models
- →Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- →Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- →Fluency in English required, Swedish is a plus
Bonus If You Have
- ★Experience in SEO or digital marketing
- ★Technical aptitude or CS/technical background
- ★Experience with AI/ML products
- ★Prior startup experience
