The Services provide informational, analytical and optimization support only. They do not replace independent judgment, professional advice or decision making.

We may modify, update or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Rankad does not guarantee any specific outcomes, rankings, visibility levels, mentions, traffic, conversions, revenue or business results.

Results depend on numerous external factors beyond Rankad’s control, including but not limited to:

• Third party AI models and platforms
• Algorithmic changes
• Data availability and sources
• Market conditions and competition

Any examples, projections or performance references are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Rankad is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

By submitting content, you grant Rankad a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit such content and that it does not violate applicable law or third party rights.

Rankad may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics, benchmarking and product improvement.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos and content, are owned by Rankad or its licensors.

You may not:

• Use Rankad branding without prior written permission
• Attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Fees, Subscriptions and Payment

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities
• Third party platform behavior or AI generated outputs

Rankad’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankad from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law or third party rights

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by Swedish courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
